Recommended accommodation

The recommended hotel for PIs is DAEWOO Hotel in Hanoi, whose the rate is 95-150 USD/night. (Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, Vietnam - Booking.com).

Housing for all the PI’s “students” has been reserved in the VAST guest house located in the campus. However, you can choose to stay somewhere else.  If you choose to stay somewhere else, please let Phuc know so that he can let the guest house know.

The rate is 20 USD/night (400,000 VND/night).

Visa

Basically, visitors to Vietnam must obtain a visa from one of the Vietnamese diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries. (http://lanhsuvietnam.gov.vn/Lists.) 

On default, you will receive an invitation letter from the 5IWNMMM2009 organizer via email and in general, such an invitation letter is sufficient for visa application. If you needed an original printed invitation letter with an official stamp, please complete the visa form (*.doc or *.pdf) and send it to the workshop secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots.
