Areas in charge: Leading all activities of the Institute of Materials Science according to the functions and tasks of the Institute; directing and handling the Institute's affairs under the authority and responsibility of the head of the unit; Directly direct the planning - finance, personnel organization, international cooperation, organizing conferences - seminars, the Scientific Council; infrastructure construction and management; Responsible for the operations of the General Management Department.

Areas in charge: Assist the Director in scientific management, training, equipment management and some other tasks assigned by the Director.
