MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Assessing the current condition of industrial equipment and components by using on-site non-destructive analysis methods (chemical composition analysis, material structure investigates, hardness testing), combined with selected laboratory analysis methods (failure analysis, corrosion product analysis). These assessments are compiled into a comprehensive report on the equipment’s condition, along with specific recommendations to help customers operate and produce safely and efficiently.

2. Analyze the causes of failures in equipment and components used in fertilizer, chemical, oil and gas, thermal power, and mechanical industries, thereby providing specific recommendations to help customers operate safely and efficiently while minimizing repeated failures.

3. Analyze the properties of metal materials, determine the corrosion resistance of materials in real environments and simulate testing in the laboratory.
