ACHIEVMENTS

1. LED bulbs using self convection liquid for heat dissipation: Center for application and deployment of technology has succeeded in research, manufacturing and comercial LED bulbs using self convection liquid for heat dissipation. These products uses transparent liquid for heat dissipation for the LED, which helps the LED chip temperature to be reduced by 15 degrees Celsius compared to same type conventional LEDs bulb. The application of liquids for heat dissipation for LED bulbs helps to improve the durability, life and durability of LED bulbs. The products are developed from patent No. 18229 “LED bulb using self convection liquid for heat dissipation” by Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam dated 02/01/2018.

2. Module LED using nanofluid for heat dissipation: Center for application and deployment of technology has succeeded in research and manufacturing LED street light using nanofluid for heat dissipation. This module easy to be installed into ordinary street light system in order to upgrade to LED light at an economical cost. The modules has been tested for lighting in a number of public areas.

Currently, Center for application and deployment of technology has mastered the technology and we are able to manufacture large quantities of LED modules to meet all requirements.

3. Synthesis of graphene multi-layers: Center for application and deployment of technology has succeeded in research and master the technology to synthesis the graphene multi-layers from graphite using liquid phase exfoliation technique. As a results, the thickness of graphene multi-layers around 5 nm. This research is currently registing for patent at Intellectual Property Office of Viet Nam.

4. Graphene-based silicon thermal grease: Center for application and deployment of technology has succeeded in synthesis graphene-based silicon thermal grease. The result show that the thermal conductivity of graphene-based silicon thermal grease enhance up to 250% in comparison with bare silicon thermal grease. This research has been granted a patent No.21446 issued by Intellectual Property Office of Viet Nam on 01/7/2019. This reseach has been approved by the HALEDCO Co., Ltd to test on thier LED products.

5. Nikel-graphene nanocomposite coating: Center for application and deployment of technology has succeeded in fabricating the Ni- graphene coating layer with mechanical properties significantly improved, such as hardness, corrosion resistance. This research is currently registing for patent at Intellectual Property Office of Viet Nam under the application number 1-2019-00971. This reseach has been approved by the T&C Co., Ltd to test on thier products.

6. Graphene, CNTs based bitumen composite: Center for Application and Deployment of Technology (Institute of Materials Science) collaborate withCenter for High Technology Development (Vietnam Academy of Sciene and Technology) has been succeeded in fabrication of graphene, CNTs based bitumen composite with mechanical properties and thermal solar absoption capacity significantly improved. This research has been granted a patent No.23264 and patent No.22758 issued by Intellectual Property Office of Viet Nam on 28/02/2020, on 09/12/2019, respectively.
